Q Drying Times?
Generally it takes between 2-3hrs to completely dry your carpets after cleaning in a well ventilated room/home. Carpets are only left damp to touch and not wet or soaked.
Q How does it work?
BEST Carpet Cleaners use the best Hot Water Extraction machines to clean clients carpets.
Our machines are made to order, with dual vacuums for suction the machine heats up water to 60 degrees allowing water/steam to penetrate your carpets and loosen soil, dirt, mites, stains, skin cells, hair etc and the vacuum suctions removes it from the carpet from deep inside.
We pre-spot heavily soiled and stained carpets with specialist stain remover (Enzyme detergent for food stains), agitate and clean.
Extra effort is always made to remove stains so we may use a smaller hand held tool (for corners and stairs) to add extra effort to stubborn stains always ensuring we do not over saturate the carpets.
Q Commercial Carpets??
YES - We are professional carpet cleaners with several years of experience working within the commercial arena, we have experience cleaning carpet floor tiles as well as carpet rugs.
We work after hours and through closing to complete our commercial cleans so clients are not inconvenienced in anyway, this allows us more time to complete the job and go back over any stubborn areas.
We have commercial client references if required.
